This was first identified as Deflexula fascicularis but I believe its had a name change to Pterulicium fasciculare

Hi @MattM, I agree that it is probably not D pardina. I didn't think the dorsal sepal looked right for D semilunulata, but the labellum mid-lobe does look good for D semilunalata.
