I have not found a match in Spilomelinae.

I'm not confident it matches I. illustrallis, lacking fine detail in the forewing markings,

OK. Compare this moth and https://bold-au.hobern.net/specimen.php?processid=ANICN993-10
Termen fore & hind wing thin alternating dark & light bands. HINDWING pale patch in terminal area, spanning several veins, containing a few dark spots & rings. Pale subterminal band with irregular border. Brown medial band. Borders smooth except for a couple of bumps. Pale antemedial band, with a dark patch near costa, only seen if forewings widely spread. Base of hindwing dark. FOREWING Blank/unmarked section along inner margin for between 1/2 - 1/3 of width of forewing. Background colour brown. Sub terminal area contains some scattered pale spots. Pale post medial band, smooth top, more irregular bottom, extending from a distance in from the costa to the bank/unmarked section along inner margin. Pale antemedial row of spots. Pale antemedial line of spots. Palps extending in front of face.

I think this is closer to the two unnamed species of Ischnurges illustrated at

I don't. Moths in this set are from China and Kenya, as well as Australia. The image that came up in your link appears to have Chinese characters, apart from the numerals on it's label. I understand it could still be from Australia. The first white bands on the forewing of the 2 BOLD moths is much further in from the termen and has a distinct narrowing about 1/2 way along it. Above moth has 1st pale band much closer to the termen with no narrowing and a couple of spots near the forewing apex. The hind wings do not compare. 1 Bold moth has rounded termen on forewing above moth it is straight.
