We want your school!

Hi everyone,

Thanks to important support from the ACT Government's Connecting Nature, Connecting People program (which is achieving great things across the ACT and surrounds), our legendary Citizen Science Officer, Lewis Choy has been kicking off the NatureMapr ACT Schools Program.

Initial sessions have been a raging success and are very popular with students. Feedback from teachers has been that the kids really resonate with Lewis, his passion and highly effective communication style. Kids are coming away inspired after learning how to report and monitor the important areas around them. We can already see the impact it's having on them and helping shape how they think about the environment in years ahead of them.

We are now ready to take on more schools and we need your help.

If you can refer us to any teachers, colleagues or school contacts that you may have, Lewis will reach out and be able to organise a NatureMapr session for your school!
